0-5 years - Full Warranty

6-15 years - the Warranty is reduced by 1/10 per annum.

The warranty covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible indentation (more than 2 cm) in the TEMPUR® material. The warranty does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties. The warranty is valid only if the TEMPUR® product is used and handled as described in these instructions for use. For any manufacturing defects on the covers, the same warranty will apply as per above. If a claim is made under the warranty, you must present an invoice or sales receipt as validation of your purchase.
